Donor: Charles Darwin Foundation

The Charles Darwin Foundation asked Pact to provide organizational development support to the foundation to improve their financial management strategy. The project has developed a Financial Evaluation Process (PEF) to strengthen the financial capacity of the foundation to function more effectively. Upon completion of its evaluation, Pact will provide a set of recommendations to improve the financial management systems of the Charles Darwin Foundation.
