Georgia Beans has over 25 years of experience in international development specializing in contracting, grants management, HR Development and administrative services. As Vice President Operations for Pact, she is responsible for overseeing management of Pact’s portfolio of sub grants with annual disbursements over $100 million. She also provides leadership in Pact’s global HR and security policies. She has previously held senior positions supporting government and the private sector in a variety of large and small for-profit and non-profit companies.

Chito Padilla

Chito Padilla is an experienced senior manager with 24 years of contract and grant management experience. Mr. Padilla has solid expertise working in the private and in the not-for-profit sectors and managing multi-million dollar portfolios consisting of international contracts and grants primarily from the U.S. Agency for International Development, multilateral development organizations (World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), UN agencies), foundations, and other international donor organizations.
