Esther Njunge

Esther Njunge is the program manager of the Moyo Gems project in Kenya. In her role, she is responsible for managing, identifying and building strategic partnerships for Moyo Gems in Kenya and align the project to the new mining policy environment in the country. Esther has expertise in stakeholder management and engagement, initiating partnerships, realigning stakeholder coordination structures and in transition of technical assistance packages to government institutions and nongovernmental organizations. She has policy-level expertise in mining sector governance, gender mainstreaming, community health and health systems strengthening, and security, crime and justice.
