Haniela Randrianjafison has more than 20 years of experiences in program management, climate change, natural resource management, community development, reforestation, environmental education and cooperation with the government of Madagascar. He holds a diploma in Agricultural Engineering, specialized in Forestry and biodiversity, and a diploma of master II in Environment and Development. He began his development career working in reforestation strategy and land tenure. Then he worked as a team coordinator of the consulting team within a study related to professional reintegration, funded by the World Bank. After serving as a monitoring and evaluation assistant with CARE International, he worked for the Malagasy Foundation with an environmental and community-based focus. Recently, he was the Climate Change Advisor, and PoC in the area of forestry/reforestation, natural capital and payment for ecosystem service for the USAID Hay Tao program with Pact Madagascar.
