Lauren Oing

Lauren Oing is a dynamic leader with a passion for driving positive change through her expertise in leading, implementing and evaluating development programs. With a solid foundation in organizational development, stabilization, democratic governance and peacebuilding, Lauren possesses a wealth of technical knowledge that forms the cornerstone of her work. Lauren currently serves as the Chief of Party for USAID Sustainable Peace activity for Pact Ethiopia. She is adept at navigating Monitoring, Evaluating and Learning (MEL) frameworks and tools, ensuring that programs are not only executed effectively but also assessed comprehensively for their impact and effectiveness. One of Lauren's most notable strengths lies in her capacity-building approach, which she places at the forefront of implementation of the Sustainable Peace project. She has a proven track record of providing invaluable mentorship and support to local partners, teams and organizations, empowering them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
