Theogene Nkuranga is a Project Management professional with 12 years of experience managing USAID-funded programming targeting orphans and vulnerable children and rural development initiatives. Theogene has been part of strategic planning and managing integrated health and socio-economic programs, targeting youth, children and other vulnerable populations. He exercised leadership roles in Global Communities, Rwanda Cooperative Agency, Rusizi District and currently at Pact. Experienced in managing private sector engagement, economic strengthening, sponsorship programs and grants funded by USAID, PEPFAR and Feed the Future, Theogene has led successfully capacity development programs to transition local organizations to become prime implementers of PEPFAR/USAID-funded projects.

Theogene holds a Master of Business Administration - Project Management from Cyprus Institute of Marketing and a BA in Education from the National University of Rwanda. A Rwandan citizen, Theogene is a native Kinyarwanda speaker with advanced English and French skills.
